1. General
Our site gives you the chance to register for the latest news, competitions and offers from TGI Fridays Sweden, including the chance to print any featured vouchers that can then be redeemed in TGI Fridays Sweden restaurants.
By using the site and/or registering with us you agree that you have read, understand and accept these terms and conditions.
2. Registration
Only individuals 18 years or older and residing in Sweden may become registered users. Businesses are not eligible to become registered users.
There is a limit of one registration per household and per mailing address. All applications are processed by in TGI Fridays Sweden or their OMG. In the event that a registration is declined, reasons will be given and the decision will be final.
Registered users are required to submit valid email addresses and personal information. This is for fraud prevention reasons and the data is kept securely in accordance with the TGI Fridays Sweden Privacy Policy.
Any abuse will result in your registration being suspended, disabled or terminated. Abuse includes attempting to sign up for multiple accounts to gain access to a greater number of vouchers or any fraudulent activity, such as attempting to change the value of a voucher or participating in purchasing or redemption fraud. Fraud is a crime.
3. Intellectual Property
The content of this site is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Subject to these terms and conditions, you are permitted to print or download content from this site if it is for your personal use only and is not used for any commercial reason (providing you keep intact any copyright and proprietary notices). You must get our permission before using any content for a commercial purpose.
4. Vouchers
This paragraph sets out the general terms and conditions applicable to our vouchers. Every voucher issued may also have additional specific terms and conditions and you should read these carefully because they differ with each offer/promotion.
Vouchers can only be redeemed in TGI Fridays Sweden restaurants.
TGI Fridays Sweden reserves the right to change the terms of any voucher or other promotion or cancel such promotions at anytime at its discretion. We will let you know of any changes on our website.
Original vouchers must be presented and are invalid if altered, copied, damaged or defaced.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be used at all TGI Fridays restaurants in Sweden. They can be used in full or part payment for food and drink and are valid for 12 months when loaded. Gift cards should be treated as cash; TGI Fridays Sweden AB cannot reimburse monies lost due to mislaid, stolen or damaged cards.
Birthday Club Vouchers
For fraud prevention purposes, there are limits to the number of times each Birthday Club voucher can be viewed by each registered user. So you should take care to ensure that you can print the voucher before attempting to view it.
If the number of views exceeds three times then there will be no option to view the voucher again.
Only one Birthday Club voucher can be redeemed per household.
5. Our responsibility to you and your responsibility to us
If either of us is breach of these terms and conditions, we will only be responsible to eachother for any losses and costs that are suffered as a result, and to the extent, that they are a forseeable consequence to both of us at the time you use the site or order a voucher.
This does not limit or affect liability for death or personal injury or for fraud.
Neither of us shall not be responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If there are any issues that arise between us, we will each try to resolve them amicably. However, if we cannot, we agree that we shall try to resolve them using the English courts.
6. Amendments
TGI Fridays Sweden reserves the right to update our terms and conditions, and/or any part thereof, at any time. The most recent version of our terms and conditions will be located on the site so you should check these regularly.
